Our Fee

25% of year-1 salary

Success Driven
Pay us only when you hire. 50% due upon placement. 50% due after 90 days, assuming it is a good-fit.
No Middleman Fees
You pay the engineers directly. Unlike most services, we do not take a cut of the engineers salary with each payroll.
Local Oversight
Our team down in Brazil are all engineers themselves. We are here to help, check-in, and ensure success.
